The Heart Foundation has designed a series of emails to help people who've had heart attacks (and their loved ones) through their recovery.

Have you or someone you care about had a heart attack?

The Heart Foundation has designed a series of emails to help people who've had heart attacks (and their loved ones) through their recovery.

We'll send you tips and advice on medicines, healthy eating, exercise and emotional health. Plus we'll help you develop a recovery action plan and show you stories of people who've had an experience like yours.
