Support for young adults: Online events

A series of virtual events for young adults on managing emotional wellbeing.

As a young adult living with a heart condition or as someone caring for them, it is important that we take care of our emotional health and wellbeing.

We have launched Let’s Have a Heart-to-Heart series of virtual events hosted by Carlye Weiner, a clinical psychologist and host of our Supporting Young Hearts: Heart to heart podcast series. This series of virtual events will provide information and tips on how you can look after your emotional health and wellbeing.
