End of Financial Year Tax Receipt

Looking to claim your donations in your tax return this financial year?

As we continue to look for opportunities to lower costs and maximise the impact of your donation, from the 2020/21 financial year onwards the Heart Foundation Annual Tax Statements will be available digitally to all regular donors.

In the lead up to tax time, we want to make sure it is as simple as possible for you to access information about your contribution over the past financial year to prepare your tax return.

Switching to digital tax statements also means that, as a regular donor, you will receive your Annual Tax Statement sooner.

If you were a regular donor during the 2020/21 financial year, an email notification will be sent to you between 1-7 July 2021 with a link to your Annual Tax Statement that contains a summary of tax-deductible donations you made to us during the 2020/21 financial year.

You can also retrieve an electronic copy of your tax receipt at any time by entering your email address above.

If you have opted-in to continue to receive a printed statement, this will be posted to you by 21 July*.

To update your preference or your mailing or other details, please contact our Supporter Relations team on 13 11 12 (Mon-Fri 8-5 EST) or email contactus@heartfoundation.org.au as soon as possible. You’ll need to update your preference by 18 June to ensure you receive a printed tax statement for the 2020/21 financial year.

If you made a one-off donation, your receipt will be automatically sent to you in a mail or email (for online donations).

Please note: we rely on Australia Post to deliver your tax receipt. Australia Post delivery times may vary based on destination and are subject to change. If we have a valid email address on your record, we will send you a digital copy of the receipt via email (unless you opt-in to a printed version).
