Remember a loved one with a tribute

Honour the life of a loved one with a donation to the Heart Foundation. Your donation offers hope for Australian hearts.

Losing a loved one is a powerful reminder of the fragility of life. In such moments we can lose ourselves to despair and feelings of helplessness.

Honouring someone dear to you with a gift to the Heart Foundation offers hope for all Australian hearts. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate a life.

Thank you for thinking of the Heart Foundation. We’re sorry for your loss and appreciate your effort to make this a priority during a difficult time.

There are four ways you can donate in memoriam.

Donate in memory of your loved one

Make a donation in memory of someone close to you using the online donation form.

Should you wish, the Heart Foundation will send a condolence letter to the family letting them know you have made a gift.

Offer an online donation in memory

Create a Forever in our Hearts tribute fund

Family and friends can come together and share stories, fond memories and photographs with an online memorial page.

Your tribute fund is a special place to revisit and reflect on anniversaries, birthdays and other meaningful times.

Create a tribute for your loved one.

Collect donations at a funeral or memorial

If you’re organising a funeral, you may wish to collect donations as a tribute to your loved one in place of flowers.

To minimise stress during an emotional and busy time, we can supply memorial envelopes directly to you. Alternatively, you can ask your funeral director to reach out to us to organise the envelopes on your behalf.

It’s a privilege to be included in such a meaningful day. The Heart Foundation is grateful to those who contribute to our mission during such a stressful time.

To order memorial envelopes email contactus@heartfoundation.org.au or call 13 11 12.

Fundraise in memory

Take on a Do it for Heart fundraising challenge or host an event in memory of a loved one.

Tell the world about your loved one and why you’re supporting the Heart Foundation on their behalf with a personalised fundraising page.

It’s a wonderful way to treasure their memory.
