Find a cardiac rehabilitation service near you

This cardiac services directory presents information on cardiac rehab programs offered across Australia.

Cardiac rehabilitation helps your recovery after a heart procedure or the diagnosis of a heart condition. It also helps lower your chances of having heart problems in the future.

Cardiac rehab includes support, exercise and education that’s personalised to strengthen your heart. It helps you make long-term lifestyle changes so you can live a longer, healthier life.

Important notice regarding COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 crisis some cardiac rehabilitation services are not available.

If the service you contact is not operating, you can access support from the heart health professionals at the Heart Foundation Helpline.

Call 13 11 12 or email us on health@heartfoundation.org.au.

If you have recently experienced a heart attack or angina event, please consider joining our My Heart My Life support program.
